In our most recent product updates webinar (hosted at the beginning of the fourth quarter) we shared all the latest enhancements that are now available to users in the Remesh platform.
Over the last quarter, two main themes that our product team explored were speed to insights and depth of responses. These dynamic themes can be seen across our new features!
Also included in this post is a preview of our Q4 initiatives. During the last quarter of 2021, our team aims to add key product innovations to the Remesh experience.

Speed to Insights
Co-create Discussion Guides alongside stakeholders directly in Remesh with Discussion Guide Collaboration
Collaborate with your teammates and create the perfect discussion guide! With Discussion Guide Collaboration, users can work with stakeholders to build and refine every question for your audience. Leave comments on individual Discussion Guide items to share feedback, ask questions, and quickly iterate in real-time — all in a single place.
Another aspect of this new update includes the ability to view who has last seen your Discussion Guide and who's actively viewing it.
Run through timing and flow, gather feedback, and preview the experience with Practice Session
Running a Practice Session allows you to refine your conversation before running it in front of an audience. Tighten up the content, test the timing and flow, preview the participant experience, and understand the engagement of each question with other stakeholders.
Usage and contract information at your fingertips with Account Management Dashboard
Access all important account details in one spot. The new Account Management Dashboard ensures that key stakeholders within your organization have access to important contract information, sessions completed, the cost of active and inactive contracts, credit utilization, and credit balance for sessions completed.
Save hours of analysis time with Cross Conversation Analysis
Revolutionize the process of analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Cross Conversation Analysis is Remesh’s capability to merge quant and qual data across multiple conversations. Run and merge a few conversations, then let our AI do the rest of the heavy lifting. The result is a CSV file with all of your merged data, including a new merged percent agree score and merged segments.
Once all your data has been exported, explore the robust data and have the confidence to accurately and efficiently derive results from projects across multiple conversations.
Depth of Response
Send tailored follow-up responses based on poll questions with Branching
With Branching, you’ll never have to worry about leaving a portion of your audience idling. Create subgroups based on poll questions and send relevant follow-up questions for each group, enhancing feedback with rich and robust insights.
Ask participants to share preferences and organize a list of options with Ranking
This highly requested feature allows you to ask participants a new quantitative question. Rank choices from 1 to 6 and see how an audience tiers a list of options.
Q4 Product Initiatives
Our team is always striving to enhance the user experience on the Remesh platform. At the end of the next quarter, we plan on facilitating improvements in two main areas: Project Setup and Data Analyzing.
Get your conversation up and running, faster than ever before with our new Project Setup upgrades.
The main goal for our product roadmap in Q4 is to make using Remesh even easier for our clients. Focusing first on Project Setup, our team has been developing a convenient method to get our target audience in a conversation. This major revamp has been cooking for the past few quarters and will be ready to use by the end of the year.
Another Setup upgrade will be rooted in project visibility. We are currently in the process of creating a dashboard that displays key information on every project you create.
Finally, our last setup improvement makes it more seamless to send invites and reminders to both stakeholders and audience members. Compose your messaging and send it to your lists directly on the Remesh platform.
Open up a new trove of post-conversation insights with our upgraded Data Analyzing
During the final quarter of 2021, our team is preparing for a significant revamp of our Analyze tab. With an emphasis on summarizing and visualizing data, this upgrade will make it easier to scroll through post conversation insights. Upgrades in the presentation of both the quantitative and qualitative data will allow for a more intuitive understanding of your audience. Plus, more filters will allow you to explore different dimensions and segmentations throughout the conversation.
To round out the Data Analyzing update is the ability for you to group questions together that answer a larger research question. What exactly does this mean? Great question! We want researchers to be able to pull key takeaways from every conversation-- by using our powerful AI to combine poll and open-ended question data together. This tool will ultimately open up the door to essential insights.
Finally, our last update focuses on exporting data. For those of you that are exporting raw data off the platform to run deeper analysis, we have some exciting news for you! Our Q4 roadmap includes a path to make it easier for you to manipulate those raw files and run your Remesh analyses off-platform.
